How it works

We build the test environment and investigate. At the end, we walk you through the assessment and hand over the completed work.

Before you start
A few practical questions
Can you review work done by someone else?
Yes. We can independently examine existing software or a proposed repair. We assess what access and project information the investigation requires before quoting.
What happens if a test fails?
The failure becomes part of the investigation. We examine its cause and explain what needs attention. Developing and retesting a repair can be included in the work.
Pay when the work is done.
The investigation is quoted upfront. A repair, if needed, gets a separate quote after we know the cause.
